- Nova, 0.5 thick – 20 year guarantee
All of the above would expect to last 40 plus years when fitted in a proper manner.
There are a wide range of colours available. Please see our colour chart.
As a company we have done many jobs using metal sheeting including industrial and farm buildings, car showrooms, commercial garages and garden sheds. These were all finished to a high standard. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Composite panel is a strong rigid panel made of sprayed insulation and sandwiched between galvanised plastic coated metal box profile sheets. There are many thicknesses, from 40mm to 200mm thick insulation.
Composite panel is a popular choice for industrial buildings, car showrooms and garages as it meets with modern building requirements; it is very good for reducing heating costs and gives you a clean and fresh look.
No need to strip off the existing material; we can fit the composite panel on top provided that the structure can take the new weight. All finished off with metal flashings.
We have the machinery for lifting and installing the panels.
As we all know asbestos has a bad name but we have been dealing with asbestos for a long time.
Asbestos cement is a mixture of cement and asbestos – about 10-15% in total. It may have white asbestos (chrysolite) or old asbestos cement may have brown (crocidolite) or blue (amosite).
When stripping asbestos cement there is a relatively low risk if done in a safe manner. All of our men have been trained in non licensable asbestos works and have the experience to work with asbestos to comply with HSE for asbestos cement removal.
There are 4 ways in dealing with asbestos:
- Strip the old asbestos and dispose of it in a safe manner.
- Replace old asbestos with new fibre cement sheets or new metal sheets.
- Leave existing asbestos cement in place and over sheet with metal sheeting.
- Clean the roof and coat with rubber liquid or silicon.
